How to draw during 365 days365-DaysOfDoodles
By the beginning of 2014 I started this account and uploaded a doodle a day during a year. It was the most challenging thing I ever did and it helped me loads on improving my art.
I've seen a lot of mentions on my inbox about artists that are starting their own 365 Days challenge and I want to write this journal to share what I've learned through my experience and maybe encourage some of you to join this long term journey.
It's okay to start simple!
My first doodles were waaay more simple than the other ones. If I had to start the project again I would still do them simple. Of course, starting this challenge is very exciting but it's a dead end if you put a heavy load on yourself at the beginning!
Focus on knowing your pace first. How much time does it take you to finish your drawings?
I grew up with parents who have inspired me to become an artist.|

Before commissioning me
The prices are in GBP, not USD. Please double-check that before you commission me
I prefer to draw humanesque characters. I'll go with anthro and furry, but I'm not a big fan of ponies. I'll do them if you can convince me to (lol)
I usually take one or two working days to finish a commission (unless it's a painting), but in case there's another commission I have to take care of, please give me about 2-3 weeks.
How to commission me
Send me a note with the title "Commission", and give me a small description of your request. Most importantly, send me reference pictures! The last thing I'd want is an essay describing what the character looks like!
Same as the above, except you'll have to send me a message through submission, because that's the only thing that allows you to send links (and pictures!)
I will only accept PayPal, unless you live close enough to meet me in person, then I'd accept cash!
When you send the payment, make sure you send it as a "gift".
1.) Send me a note on DeviantArt/ Submit on Tumblr about your request. This should include:
- Type of Commission (Sketch, Full Colour, Artistic)
- How much of the character(s) I'm drawing (Portrait, Waist-up, Full Body)
- Reference images are crucial
2.) If I accept, I'll send you my email for you to pay up front. After I've received your payment, I'll start on the piece as soon as possible.
3.) I'll send progress pictures every once in a while. Also, I might do your commission while streaming (unless it's private, but you'll have to notify me in advance)
4.) When it's complete and you're satisfied with it, I'll send you a link to the full resolution png.
Animated Commissions (new)
I don't really talk about this much. I can animate, and I've been thinking about opening this for a while now, but I need to try more of these myself before I make these available.
I accept hentai commissions, but of course they're not going to be on DA. They'll more likely be on Tumblr, HF, and/or FA.
I'm off then. I gotta eat something for a bit.
